Prepare your Presentation

 

All authors are required to create a short (max 10 minutes) presentation/video (mp4 format) of their research, which should be uploaded to the conference repository by 21st June 2021. 

To upload your presentation go to the Easychair submission page.

During the conference period delegates will be able to view the papers and presentations/videos, and post questions via a dedicated conference Teams site.  The link to access the Teams site will be sent to registered delegates before the 5th July. 

After the conference the Teams site will be closed, and the papers will be collated into formal proceedings.

If you fail to submit a presentation, this will be a no-show at the conference and will result in your paper not being included in the proceedings. You will also be unable to submit an extended version of your paper to any of the journal special issues linked to the conference.
